Refund policy

WARRANTY, RETURNS, AND REFUND POLICY

Terox Inc. warrants that all products supplied will conform to the agreed specifications, match the product description, and be free from visible defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment.

Customers are responsible for inspecting products immediately upon receipt. Any claims for shipping damage, cosmetic defects, manufacturing defects, incorrect items, missing items, or nonconformance to specifications must be reported prior to installation, modification, or use of the product.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If a product is determined to be defective, damaged, or not as described, Terox Inc. will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the product upon return and inspection.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies only to products that have not been installed, used, modified, altered, improperly handled, or damaged after delivery.

Because installation methods, operating conditions, maintenance practices, and product use are beyond our control, no warranty is provided for issues arising after installation or use. Products that have been installed, used, modified, misused, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return, refund, or warranty consideration unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Returns for Convenience

Products returned for reasons other than defect, damage, incorrect shipment, or warranty-related issues may be accepted at Terox Inc.'s sole discretion. To be eligible for return, the product must be unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping and freight charges associated with non-defective returns. Approved non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns received in used, installed, damaged, modified, or otherwise non-resalable condition will not be eligible for refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at sales@teroxinc.com.

Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly stated above, no other warranties, express or implied, are provided, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Terox Inc.'s liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the original purchase price of the product.
