Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. We will notify you by email if there are any significant delays.

We offer the following domestic shipping options:

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active. You can track your order using the link provided in your email or on our website's Order Tracking page.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We are currently unable to ship to the following:
• P.O. Boxes (for certain carriers or products)
• APO/FPO/DPO addresses
6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [X] days of delivery at Terox Inc with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost packages: If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please wait 3 business days as delivery scans can sometimes be early. If your package is still missing, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
Stolen packages: Terox Inc is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered but subsequently stolen. We recommend filing a police report and contacting your local carrier office.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at Terox Inc. We will do our best to update your address, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
